Welcome to July! Our monthly blog includes all areas of Sonoma County and the Sonoma Coast.
Real Estate Snapshot: This month has been hot, and it’s not just the weather. Our hot property listings have been selling fast, most often with multiple offers. Our listing in South Bodega Harbour received 4 offers and sold for over asking with a 7-day close of escrow. Our Freestone listing received 2 offers and closed in 10 days, over asking, with a 60-day free rent back. Our river front listing in Guerneville went into contract in 5 days and will close in 10 days. Our listing on Meyer’s Grade in Jenner is now Active featuring amazing ocean views: the website is below. We’ve had the opportunity to represent some wonderful buyers this month too.
