Welcome to June! Our monthly blog includes all areas of Sonoma County and the Sonoma Coast.
Real Estate Snapshot: Finally, more inventory is coming on the market which is giving active buyers homes to purchase. Properties that are presented well and priced appropriately are commonly getting more than one offer and going into contract quickly. Our contemporary new construction listing in Santa Rosa went into contract within 3 days of coming on the market and closed for all cash 10 days later for over the asking price. Our country listing in Occidental received 2 offers and closed for well over the asking price with a 1 month rent back to the sellers at no charge. Our farmhouse listing in Freestone gained 2 offers, will close in 10 days, all cash, for over the asking price with a 60-day free rent back to the sellers. WEEKLEY SUMMER LIVE MUSIC EVENTS ACROSS SONOMA COUNTY
We attended the first “Friday Nights Live” of the season in Cloverdale on Memorial Day weekend. We had an enjoyable stay in the historical Bed and Breakfast called the PINSCHOWER INN.
